Stalker & Associates, founded in 1992 by Earl J. Stalker III, established our Retirement Benefits Department in 1994. S&A Administrators, the third party administration branch of Stalker and Associates Inc., provides exceptional third party administrative services for small to mid-market employer sponsored retirement plans. We offer a full suite of services by working in conjunction with a large variety of national service providers. Close coordination with your investment adviser is constantly maintained and monitored. We work closely with our clients to provide expert plan design, eligibility and vesting determination, compliance testing, contribution determination and government forms preparation, to name a few of our services.
